Maintenance Technician – Full-Time | $25/hr DOE | Worcester, MA

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our facility in top shape. If you're ready to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Tackle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our facility
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend efficient solutions
Support inventory and production areas with facility upkeep
Read blueprints, follow work orders, and complete hands-on repair projects
Handle minor plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication tasks
Keep exterior grounds clean and safe (walkways, lots, etc.)
Collaborate with other departments and assist with R&D tasks when needed
Use project management tools to track and prioritize work
Order materials and provide cost estimates when required

What You Bring:

✅ Maintenance, construction, or general labor experience
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle tools safely
✅ Comfortable with hands-on tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and basic repairs
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Must be 21+ years old
✅ A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with PVC, ABS, and PEX piping
Know your way around non-welded steel assembly
Are tech-savvy with digital project management tools
