Work Location & Commute Info
Our cultivation facility is located in Spokane Valley, WA. If you live in the Greater Spokane area, the West Plains, or just across the Idaho border, you will find our location highly accessible via the I-90 corridor:
- Liberty Lake, WA: Less than a 10-minute drive (approx. 5–7 miles east via I-90 E).
- Downtown Spokane, WA: A straightforward 10–15 minute commute heading east.
- Post Falls, ID: A quick 15-minute drive eastward across the Washington-Idaho state line.
- Airway Heights, WA: A direct 20–25 minute drive straight down I-90 E, bypassing downtown city traffic.
- Cheney, WA: A smooth 25–30 minute commute via I-90 E from the West Plains.
- Coeur d’Alene, ID: A smooth, direct 25-minute drive via I-90 W.

Final Inspection Lead – Spokane Valley, WA
Pay: $17.13/hr during training | $18.13/hr after training
We're seeking a detail-oriented Final Inspection Lead to oversee final product inspections, quality control, and order fulfillment. This position leads a small team, ensures products meet quality standards, and helps maintain efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support team members
Perform and oversee final quality inspections
Verify order accuracy, labeling, and inventory
Monitor productivity and daily workflow
Coordinate outgoing shipments and delivery readiness
Complete reports and maintain clear communication
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications:
21+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Leadership experience preferred
Washington State Food Worker Card required
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 30 lbs
Stand or sit for extended periods
Comfortable working in a production environment
