Pay: $18.66/hr
Schedule: Tue-Thur 5:45am to 4:45pm and Fri 5:30am to 4:30pm.
The role ensures proper execution of cannabis harvests, focusing on efficient plant processing and organization within the dry room. The supervisor supports company standards and oversees the harvest team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Harvest staff, assigning tasks and overseeing workflow
Coordinate harvests with management and dry room lead
Manage team schedules, breaks, and lunch times
Inspect and report on flower quality
Set up and tear down harvest operations
Ensure proper staffing and notify managers if additional help is needed
Oversee waste disposal and compliance with post-harvest procedures
Make operational decisions such as strain order, trimming station setup, and task assignments
Manage inventory tagging and tracking in the quarantine area
Approve personnel decisions (hiring, promotions, terminations)
Support R&D projects and perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED
Experience handling large volumes of plants; 6+ months in agriculture preferred
Physically able to lift 25 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, stand/sit for extended periods
Skills & Abilities
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to change and multitask under pressure
Proficiency with computer systems and inventory software
Excellent judgment, quality control, and supervisory capabilities
Work Environment
Exposed to moderate-to-loud noise, dust, fumes, heat, and humidity
Occasional risk of injury and physically demanding conditions
