The pay for this role is $20.66/hour. This is a full time position that operates 10am to 7pm, Wed-Sun.
Job Summary: Mobius Trim Machine Lead (Cannabis Production)
This role oversees the Mobius trim machines used to process cannabis flower to Phat Panda’s quality standards. The position involves supervising team members, coordinating with multiple departments, managing machine operation and maintenance, and ensuring product consistency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Mobius trim team members and monitor daily operations
Track production data (bud weights, attendance, performance)
Ensure quality control and consistent trimming standards
Report data to Inventory Manager and support compliance labeling and storage
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and workspace
Participate in leadership meetings and relay key information across shifts
Assist with R&D projects and support other departments as needed
Qualifications:
Must be 21+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Trimming/plant experience helpful but not required
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (e.g., standing, lifting up to 25 lbs)
Work Environment:
Exposure to noise, dust, vapors, and occasional hazardous substances
Requires color vision and attention to detail in quality control tasks
This is a physically active, leadership-focused role within a fast-paced cannabis production environment.
