Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations within cultivation, processing, and production departments to ensure optimal workflow, facility maintenance, and product quality. Key duties include supervising and coaching team members, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards, monitoring plant health and production metrics, ensuring proper upkeep of equipment and facilities, and coordinating with management to achieve operational goals. The supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficiency, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and upholding product consistency across all phases of cultivation and processing.
The pay is $22.00-$24.00/hr DOE.

Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- One (1) year experience in processing or managing a production facility.
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
- Regularly sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, pull/push, carry up to 10 pounds, and grasp.
- Frequently walk, reach, talk and hear.
- Occasionally climb, stoop/crouch, crawl, carry up to 25 pounds, taste or smell.
- Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness)

Job Duties/Responsibilities

- Opens the facility and preps the work site for employees for opening operations.
- Supervises department crew members:
- Delegates daily and weekly tasks
- Tracks attendance/breaks
- Tracks production rates
- Coaching and training
- Creates and maintains order tracking sheets.
- Ensures accurate inventory is kept of all product.
- Ensures department leads properly delegate tasks, coaching, guiding and holding crew members to company standards.
- Regularly checks emails, basecamps, telegrams and portal to stay on top of announcements, order changes and updates.
- Evaluate production data to identify high and low performers. Work with department leads to coach low performers to reach goals.
- Attend lead and supervisor meetings.
- Ensure that machinery and equipment are being used correctly, cleaned and well maintained.
- Send daily end of shift reports via basecamp. Work together with other supervisors and department leads, pass down instructions and guidance to next shift clearly and concisely.
- Communicate personnel notes and partners with management including; recommending performance/disciplinary action, schedule changes and/or position changes.
- Conduct employee performance reviews for leads and crew members.
- Partners with management to delegate labor needs, delegate extra help or request back-up.
- Request supplies for replenishment.
- Supports and adheres to the company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.
- Assists with Research & Development projects as assigned.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace and hold crew members accountable for their cleanliness.
- Assists other departments as necessary or assigned.
