What You'll Do

Help customers find products that fit their needs
Educate guests on cannabis products and consumption methods
Create an exceptional customer experience from check-in through checkout
Process transactions accurately using our POS system
Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store organization
Follow all state regulations and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

Required:

21+ years old
Outstanding customer service skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Retail, hospitality, or sales experience
Cannabis knowledge or dispensary experience
Point-of-sale experience
