Responsibilities

Lead the sales floor during high-volume shifts
Support and coach team members
Provide cannabis product recommendations and exceptional customer service
Assist with cash handling and daily store operations
Support inventory, restocking, and merchandising
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
Maintain a clean, organized dispensary

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
Budtender or cannabis dispensary experience preferred
Experience with Dutchie POS and METRC is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be 21+ and meet all Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission requirements

Active role requiring standing, walking, and occasional lifting
