Job Summary:
The Edibles Processor Lead supervises the edibles team's performance and production, leading crew members to prepare and package cannabis-infused edibles that meet production and customer needs while upholding Phat Panda's quality and safety standards.Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $17.13 per hour for the first month of training. Following completion of the training period, the rate will increase to $18.13 per hour.
- Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Availability: Consistent weekly schedule; must be available for opening, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
- Reports To: Edibles Manager.
- Supervises: Edibles Processors.
Qualifications
- Age: Must be 21+ years of age (state regulatory requirement).
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Six (6) months of edibles/packaging experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
- Certifications: Washington State Food Worker Card required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand for long periods doing repetitive tasks, carry up to 50 lbs, and clearly see 20+ feet with accurate color differentiation.
- Tech Skills: Working knowledge of Word processing software, spreadsheet software, and labeling machines.
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership, quality management, and problem-solving skills; ability to coach, delegate, and hold a team accountable while maintaining a safe, organized production floor.
