Maintenance & Facilities Manager

Pay: $28/hour
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00am–5:00pm
Work Week: 50 hours/week (Managers receive a 1-hour lunch + shift responsibility)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team while managing daily priorities

  • Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, sanitation, and preventive maintenance programs

  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs (internal team & contractors)

  • Manage work orders, projects, KPIs, and documentation using asset management software

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality (ISO9001), and state regulations

  • Handle purchasing, contractor requests, and material estimates

  • Maintain cleanliness across the facility, including equipment, grow rooms, HVAC, and common areas

  • Perform hands-on work including plumbing, basic carpentry, framing, and emergency repairs

What We’re Looking For

  • 21+ years old

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of maintenance, construction, or general labor experience

  • Prior leadership or management experience preferred

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and attention to detail

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active, industrial environment
