Maintenance & Facilities Manager
Pay: $28/hour
Location: Spokane Valley, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00am–5:00pm
Work Week: 50 hours/week (Managers receive a 1-hour lunch + shift responsibility)

What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team while managing daily priorities
Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, sanitation, and preventive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs (internal team & contractors)
Manage work orders, projects, KPIs, and documentation using asset management software
Ensure compliance with safety, quality (ISO9001), and state regulations
Handle purchasing, contractor requests, and material estimates
Maintain cleanliness across the facility, including equipment, grow rooms, HVAC, and common areas
Perform hands-on work including plumbing, basic carpentry, framing, and emergency repairs
What We’re Looking For
21+ years old
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of maintenance, construction, or general labor experience
Prior leadership or management experience preferred
Comfortable using Microsoft Word & Excel
Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an active, industrial environment
