As a Flower Assembly Supervisor, you’ll lead a talented team of assembly leads and crew members to ensure our beautiful floral products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. What You’ll Do
As a Flower Assembly Supervisor, you will:
🌼 Lead & Inspire: Supervise assembly team leads and crew members to ensure quality, consistency, and productivity.
🌼 Plan & Organize: Delegate daily and weekly tasks, track attendance, breaks, and production rates.
🌼 Coach & Develop: Train, motivate, and support team members to achieve company standards and exceed goals.
🌼 Collaborate: Work closely with management to coordinate staffing, prioritize workloads, and meet order deadlines.
🌼 Monitor Quality: Ensure accuracy and care in every arrangement, from assembly to packaging.
🌼 Communicate Clearly: Send daily shift reports, attend supervisor meetings, and relay updates across shifts.
🌼 Maintain Excellence: Oversee equipment use, cleanliness, and supply replenishment for a safe, organized workspace.
🌼 Drive Performance: Evaluate team metrics to recognize high performers and guide improvement where needed.
What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Age 21+
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
At least 1 year of supervisory or production experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort with digital communication tools
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
The ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and keep your cool under pressure
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand tasks
Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Comfortable in a production environment with moderate noise, floral dust, and frequent movement
