Cultivation Supervisor – Full Time
Location: Clayton, WA
Pay: $20.13/hour (Full-Time)
Work Environment: Indoor and Outdoor

We’re looking for a motivated Cultivation Supervisor to help lead daily operations across our agriculture departments, including plants, grow rooms, Genetics R&D, and the Tissue Culture Lab. In this role, you’ll guide and support crew members, keep production running smoothly, and ensure company standards and compliance are met.

What You’ll Do

  • Open and close the facility and prepare the worksite for daily operations

  • Supervise and support team members, including delegating tasks, tracking attendance and production, and providing coaching and training

  • Monitor production data, maintain inventory, and manage production records

  • Ensure equipment is used properly and workspaces stay clean, safe, and organized

  • Communicate updates, reports, and shift information with leadership and other teams

  • Assist with research and development projects as needed

  • Help evaluate performance and support employee development

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience in a production or processing facility, preferably in a leadership role

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Physical & Work Conditions

This role requires standing or sitting for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs. Work may take place in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to humidity, bright lighting, moderate to loud noise, and typical agricultural conditions.
