Job Summary:

The Mobius Team Supervisor oversees trim production on the Mobius machines, leading a team of Trim Team Members to meet Phat Panda's quality and production standards while supporting compliance and inventory accuracy.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay Rate: 20.13 per hour upon completion of training.
Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
Availability: Consistent weekly schedule; must be available for opening, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
Reports To: Director of Agriculture.

Qualifications

Age: Must be 21+ years of age (state regulatory requirement).
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: Trimming or plant experience helpful but not required; prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
Tech Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and labeling systems.
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, quality management, and problem-solving skills; ability to coach, delegate, and hold a team accountable.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/sit for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and pass color-vision requirements.
Schedule: Full flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts.
