Join a high-tech cannabis cultivation team managing irrigation and fertigation systems using Aroya. You’ll work with growers to maintain optimal plant health in a fast-paced production environment.

🌱 What You’ll Do

Manage irrigation and feeding schedules
Use Aroya to monitor and adjust crop inputs
Maintain pumps, valves, filters, and irrigation systems
Coordinate with growers and cultivation leadership
Track data, update schedules, and complete reports
Support harvest planning and cultivation projects

✅ Requirements

21+ years old
1+ year cannabis cultivation experience preferred
Agriculture or production experience a plus
Comfortable using Excel/Word and basic data tracking
Able to perform physical work in a grow environment
Detail-oriented and reliable

💪 Physical Requirements

Long periods standing/sitting with repetitive tasks
Lift up to 25 lbs
Exposure to noise, humidity, dust, and chemicals
