📍 Lake Elsinore, CA | $18/hr | Full-Time

Join a high-volume cannabis cultivation facility in Lake Elsinore as a Cannabis Cultivator. You’ll help care for plants through all growth stages in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

⏰ Full-time | Fast-paced cultivation environment
📌 Two professional references from a supervisor role or higher required at interview

🌱 What You’ll Do

Plant, pot, water, and feed cannabis plants
Prune, train, and maintain plant health
Clean and sanitize grow rooms
Assist with harvest and room setup
Support cultivation and R&D projects

✅ Requirements

21+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
General agriculture experience preferred
Cannabis cultivation experience a plus (not required)
Ability to perform repetitive physical work for long periods
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended shifts
