Topicals Processor

Pay: $17.13/hr | Schedule: Full-Time | Location: Spokane Valley, WA

About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Topicals Processor to join our production team in Spokane Valley, WA! In this role, you’ll help craft high-quality topical products, maintain organized inventory, and ensure every batch meets our strict quality standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a sharp eye for detail, and want to be part of an innovative and fast-growing company, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Measure, mix, and process ingredients for large-scale topical product batches.

  • Follow precise formulas and ensure consistency in every product made.

  • Track, monitor, and replenish inventory to maintain smooth production flow.

  • Prepare, portion, label, and package finished products for store distribution.

  • Maintain accurate records of materials, usage, and product data.

  • Clean and sanitize all tools and equipment using pure ethanol.

  • Coordinate with management and other departments on order updates and needs.

  • Support Research & Development projects as assigned.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

  • Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures.

Who You Are

  • At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

  • Dependable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.

  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking systems (Bamboo experience a plus).

  • Previous lab, production, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
