Join our cultivation team and support the care and production of high-quality cannabis plants from seed to harvest.

Schedule: Full-time | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | One weekend day required

Benefits

$18/hour
Consistent weekly schedule

Responsibilities

Care for cannabis plants through all growth stages
Water, prune, feed, and maintain plants
Assist with plant training and cultivation tasks
Set up and sanitize grow areas
Support harvests, R&D projects, and daily cultivation operations

Requirements

Must be 21+
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
Comfortable working in warm, humid, and indoor grow environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Basic computer skills preferred
